We regularly deal with agency managers who are blindsided with billing and other admin issues. Often these issues originate from a service or operational change not being reflected in a corresponding billing change or an important asset record not being updated.
Controlla was created to automatically address these issues (and much more!). It's our goal to keep developing Controlla so our customers continue to be as free as possible to focus on their own clients, products and services.
